Tehran is ready to reinitiate atomic discussions with Washington as long as it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

Abbas Araghchi said only diplomacy worked, and disclosed new appeals had originated from mediators to restart discussions with the Trump administration. He said Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran was not yet able to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to access bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.

Navigating a Complex Path

In his address to the gathering, aimed to paint the US as a hegemonic power that abuses the notion of worldwide standards, the foreign minister said the 12-day war revealed the dispute could not be resolved by armed force. He stated the attacks started with a American requirement for an total Iran submission and concluded with an unconditional call for a halt to hostilities.

He continued: "We effectively endured this war. Our enrichment knowledge, which they intended to obliterate, stays intact.
